Churros originated in Spain and are incredibly popular in Latin America, France, Portugal and Morocco. It is said that Churros started in the mountains of Spain hundreds of years ago, amongst the local sheep headers who's only source of bread was a fried piece of dough shaped like a Navajo Churro Sheep's horn, this is where the name 'Churros' apparently came from.
Taking her grandmother's closely held Churros recipe,Churros Susanna now travels around the country to festivals and markets,bringing a little bit of sugary happiness to the masses!

Our Churros are infact a vegan friendly, dairy free product, so without eggs, milk or butter its great for all those people out there who suffer from lactose intolerance, and as for the rest of use it just means a lot less calories which can't be bad.
Due to the hot temperatures needed to cook the perfect Churros, similar to a tempura batter, our mix cooks so quickly it just doesn't have time to absorb the oil
